PASTOURELLE TM is a domestic producer of soft white mold hand-made cheese. Their production is located in ecologically clear region of Sumy oblast: Altynivka village close to Seim regional landscape park.
Mission of PASTOURELLE brand is to develop the culture of consuming natural soft white mold cheese and to facilitate improvement of life quality of each person. For this purpose, founders of the brand have studied classic French technology of soft cheese production in every detail and know everything about brie, camembert and reblochon.
For cheese-making only raw materials from certified farms are used. All stages of production comply with the highest world standards and undergo a scrutiny of their own laboratory. Quality and safety of milk from a supplier are checked every month in an independent laboratory and confirmed with relevant certificates.
One of the main values of the brand is being ecologically friendly. That’s why cheese is packed in a highly-technological transpiring foil and cardboard which in not harmful for environment instead of packing it into polyethylene.
